One side of the top is printed with blue and white stripes and red polka dots, while the other side is printed with red and white stripes and red stars. The neckline is sewn with a big black tulle ruffle. Pom-poms made of matching tulle march down the center front. The matching high-waisted pants are sewn with a single tulle pom-pom. Tulle wrist bands secure around your wrists. The mesh face mask is printed with graphics of a frightening clown mouth.
