Since you're a half size, we generally suggest sizing up, so the size 7 would be the better choice. The size 7 has a heel-to-toe length of 10 1/2 inches, giving you a little extra room for comfort.

The measurements in our size chart are heel-to-toe dimensions of the physical shoe, not your foot length, so they do include some built-in room. A Size 6 measures 10 inches heel to toe and a Size 7 measures 10.5 inches, which means your foot would need to be noticeably shorter than those numbers to fit comfortably. If your foot length puts you between the two, the Size 7 could work well since a little extra room is generally better than a snug fit in a pointed-toe shoe.
