Design & Details
This pretty blue dress will look right at home on the Kansas Prairie and even better in the technicolor world of Oz! The knee-length skirt is trimmed in white lace and pairs nicely with a petticoat for those that crave extra flounce. The bodice of the dress has attached puffed sleeves and a high neck, both trimmed in blue gingham piping. A slit in the back secured with hook and loop fastener strips to make slipping into this costume easy. This costume is completed with elastic blue ribbons for a picturesque way to dress up your braids!
