Wa-Hoo!
It’s a-you, Mario! Become the hero of the Mushroom Kingdom this Halloween. Defend the castle and the beloved Princess Peach from Goombas, Koopas, and that dastardly fire-spitting Bowser. Once you get all that done then you can enjoy the festivities. Grab a big mushroom and a fire flower, and you’re ready to go. Use your super jumping ability out on the dance floor and show everybody some dance moves that only a plumber could pull off.
Fun Details
To be a true hero you need to dress like one. Most people think of spandex suits and capes. Well, not all heroes fall into that stereotype. Some dress like your everyday plumber and those are the heroes we need more of in the world. Don’t worry about pulling out your old pair of overalls this costume has the classic Mario look down. You’ll have his signature red shirt and blue overalls on with one easy to toss on jumpsuit. Now, forget the cape. Instead what a hero needs is a cap. Make it poofy, red, and add a big “M” on the front of it, sound familiar? Finally, what’s a mushroom-eating plumber without a mustache? Lucky for you, a faux stache is included with this getup.
Here We Go!
Our favorite thing about this costume is that it pairs perfectly with so many other costumes. Have a friend dress as your sidekick Luigi. They could also dress up as one of Mario’s many enemies. Wario or Waluigi come to mind, then again they could even dress up as the big bad King Koopa, ol’ Bowser. Imagine all the shenanigans the two of you can get into. Or have a group of friends all dress up as the Mario characters with you as the beloved mustached man in red. That’s when the real fun begins. Oh yeah!
