Asking the Real Questions
Here's something we've always been puzzled about: How do caterpillars know which of their limbs are arms and which are legs? They all look the same! It's a little simpler for humans, since our hands and feet give us a clue if we ever get confused, but caterpillars have a lot MORE appendages. Are half of them arms and half legs, or is there a different percentage? Can they occasionally use a foot as a hand if all of their other arms are full? (Hopefully they wash first). Scientists! Please stop solving the energy crisis and help us answer these burning questions! We've tried asking the caterpillars themselves but they never talk back.
Product Details
This exclusive Blue Caterpillar Adult Costume is so much fun that you'll want to give yourself a hand for wearing it! The calf-length tunic is stiffened with foam and has a zipper that runs down the center back for easy dressing. Dark blue fabric forms the outer body as well as the limbs and curled fabric hood, and a light blue inset forms the caterpillar's "underbelly." Three limbs on each side (six total) end in white gloves, and the other six limbs end in yellow boots. The limbs are attached to each other with clear cord for security. An opening for the face allows you to see where you're crawling.
